Since many years we have been offering honest craftsmanship where pastries are made only with high quality ingredients. Instead of taking shortcuts by applying ready to use half- products we choose real flavours of genuine ingredients that we import from all over the globe.
We do not use margarine nor any other vegetal fats. All our products are made exclusively with butter from Grajewo dairy. We do not use eggs from cage system production, only barn eggs. The flavour of the Bourbon vanilla in our pastries comes from real vanilla pods that we buy straight from their producer in Madagascar. In our products you will also find: Lubeca chocolate and almond paste (considered the best worldwide), damascan rose marmelade from Bulgarian Valley of roses, best french flours that allow us to avoid the use of artificial raising agents.
All our jams and marmelades are home made with carefully selected fruit.
We do not use any stabilizers, artificial or “natural” aromas nor taste enhancers. There is no need for them in rich and generous recipies of our pastries.
