We try to follow the rules of traditional cratfsmanship. This is quite a challenge as we have to prepare everything by ourselves from scratch. We cook the jams, we beat the creams, we make all the doughs. We believe that taking shortcuts is no good way to get a proper shortcrust. Our pastries are made from recipes either taken from old- time polish culinary books e.g. by the pre-war polish culinary diva Lucyna Ćwierczakiewiczowa or from the most acclaimed french pastry chefs such as Jacques Genin, Pierre Herme or Christophe Michalak.
