Since many years we have been offering honest craftsmanship where pastries are made only with high quality ingredients. Instead of taking shortcuts by applying ready to use half- products we choose real flavours of genuine finest ingredients. We do not use margarine nor any other vegetal fats. All our products are made exclusively with butter from Grajewo dairy. We do not use eggs from cage system production, only barn eggs. In our products you will also find: Lubeca chocolate, Madagascan Bourbon vanilla, Damask rose jam from Bulgarian Valley of roses, best french flours that allow us to avoid the use of artificial raising agents. All our jams and marmelades are homemade with carefully selected fruit. We do not use any stabilizers, artificial or “natural” aromas nor taste enhancers. There is no need for them in rich and generous recipies of our pastries.
