Albert Judycki (on the right), born in 1978, grandson of the founder of the confectionery, Jan Dynowski, graduate of the Faculty of Ethnology at the University of Warsaw and pastry at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris. Jacek Malarski, born in 1982, a graduate of Acting Department of the National Film, Television and Theater School in Łódź and pastry at Ecole Gregoire Ferrandi in Paris.
